The United States cleared the supply of uranium-enriched weapons to Ukraine.  Pentagon dismisses Russia's claims of health risks from uranium use.  The Pentagon claims that there is no evidence of the risk of cancer in the human body from the use of uranium.

The spokesperson said that the US Center for Disease Control-CDC has issued a statement on this issue.  The statement said there was no evidence of leukemia or other cancers from exposure to depleted uranium.  Claims, the report of the World Health Organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency-IAEA also mentions the matter.

The United States announced a new $1 billion in military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.  This package will include Hymers missile system, Javelin anti-tank missiles, Abrams tanks and other advanced weapons.  Limited radioactive uranium enriched ammunition will be provided.
